Operational resilience is a requirement for Insolvency II insurers, banks, building societies, investment firms designated by the PRA and other financial institutions. Our Operational Resilience Course provides your employees with an understanding of what the FCA and PRA mean by operational resilience and the steps needed to comply with requirements.
