    Consumer rights (Digital Content)

Welcome to this module on Consumer Rights for sellers of digital content. Anyone who sells digital content to consumers needs to be aware of consumers' statutory rights, how to ensure they're met and what to do if they aren't. Failing to apply the rules correctly may result in you facing disciplinary action, damage to our reputation and profits, and other sanctions against our Company.  The consumer rights laws in the UK give an array of protections to consumers buying goods in the UK with penalties for vendors who breach them. In this course, you will learn about these rights and how you can help to deliver them to our customers and protect our brand. This course comes in two versions - normal goods and digital content. [Duration: 60 min]
