The UK government has set out criteria for which organisations must produce an annual modern slavery statement.
Even if you don't fall under these criteria, remember that those entities that do will need to validate their supply chain - which may include your organisation.
There are no set rules on exactly how your statement should look.
However, as it is a requirement under The Modern Slavery Act 2015 that it is displayed on your company website it's worth thinking about the layout and content.
