Understanding work-related stress

According to statistics released by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), there were 488,000 cases of work-related stress, depression or anxiety in 2015/2016. This amounted to 11.7 million days lost in total.

Some of the most common factors of stress come down to workload pressures, such as tight deadlines, too much responsibility and a lack of managerial support.Fotolia_84966134_Subscription_Monthly_M.jpg
