David Grosse
Keynote Speaker | Founder & Chief Consultant, Behavor
David Grosse is the founder of Behavor, a behavioural risk practice focusing on the Financial Services industry and is the UK Managing Director of Swarm Dynamics, a company that utilises AI in conjunction with social network analysis, behavioural and data science. His work involves advising banks, regulators and industry bodies on the use of behavioural science in risk management, conduct, culture and compliance. During his 30 years working in banking his roles included running a Behavioural Risk team within HSBC Global Banking and Markets; the Global Head of Operational Risk, Asia Pacific Head of Internal Audit, and Hong Kong Chief Operating Officer at Barclays Capital; and the Asia Pacific Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Operational Risk at CLSA, an Asia Pacific based Financial Services firm.
Danni Belbin

Danni is a Senior Associate employment lawyer at Mills & Reeve, advising employers across a range of sectors on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Danni is known for her strategic, pragmatic approach—supporting clients through complex workplace issues including redundancies, TUPE, high-risk exits, and Employment Tribunal litigation. She regularly contributes to legal updates and client training, and is committed to developing practical, people-focused solutions in a fast-evolving employment landscape.
Remziye Ozcan

Remziye is a Principal Associate employment lawyer at Mills & Reeve, she has considerable experience in helping clients navigate employment law issues, often with overlapping contractual issues. She has been involved in a number of complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims. She regularly provides expert legal commentary to the media and press. She has appeared on BBC News, ITV News and Sky News as well as several radio stations across the country. Remziye is also a regular speaker, presenting employment law updates and appearing at conferences, on panels and on webinars.

Alex Wood
Keynote Speaker
Alex is a convicted fraudster who now advises government departments, including the Home Office, NHS, FCA, and FCDO, on fraud prevention. He serves on the Board of Advisors for FFAC C.I.C., helping to educate about financial crime. While in prison, Alex was signed by literary agent Andrew Lownie; he’s now represented by speaking agencies in the UK, Europe, and the USA. In 2025, Alex was elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Catriona, co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Skillcast, advises global firms on compliance communication strategies. She holds a degree in Psychology and Economics, and specialises in driving successful learning initiatives.
Katharine Leaman
CEO, Leaman Crellin
Katharine has worked in financial services for over thirty years in insurance claims, giving investment advice, regulation, and banking compliance. Katharine has been European Head of Regulatory Compliance at Standard Chartered Bank and spent over a decade at the UK's regulator, the FSA (now FCA in senior policy and supervision roles.
Katharine’s expertise is in technical areas of the rules such as Market Abuse, CASS, SMCR, and Outsourcing. As well as issues that have a broader regulatory focus such as market conduct, non-financial misconduct, conduct risk, operational resilience, and consumer duty.
At Leaman Crellin Katharine regularly provides compliance advice to the C-suite as well as to front-office trading and salespeople around the world.
Scott Morris
Scott has over 40 years' banking and Compliance leadership experience, acquired across a number of global banking organisations, as well as a regulator and professional body. He has extensive experience in creating and directing large teams across different regions. He has performed senior roles in Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime and COO at Board, Senior Advisor, Managing Director and Executive Vice President levels.
David Kenmir
Advisory Board Chair
David Kenmir has 35 years of regulatory experience, including five years as a Managing Director at the FSA and 14 years as a Risk and Regulatory Partner at PwC. Having retired from PwC last year, he is building a plural career, part of which includes taking on the role of Chair of Skillcast’s new Advisory Board and has become an INED at a start-up bank.
David has extensive regulatory experience and has worked with many organisations on the strategic and day-to-day challenges they face. He has broad expertise in Financial Crime, including s166 reviews and Enforcement cases. David is known for speaking and writing about many aspects of regulation and its unintended consequences.
