DEI Compliance Management Hub

Employment tribunal claims. Reputational damage. Financial costs. Erosion of trust, culture, and retention. These are the consequences for organisations that fail to take diversity and inclusion seriously. As expectations rise, organisations must go beyond policies and implement effective diversity and equality compliance training supported by clear controls and reporting routes.

Our DEI compliance management hub provides structured compliance e-learning for staff, combining practical scenarios with clear guidance on discrimination, unconscious bias, and inappropriate workplace behaviour. This ensures employees understand not only what constitutes misconduct, but also how to challenge and prevent it.

With flexible online compliance training options, organisations can choose from ready-to-use DEI courses or build a fully customised plan tailored to your organisation’s specific needs.

For us, it was critical that the learning really matched the expectations and style of our people. The average age of PUMA employees is just 31. Skillcast really identified what would work best with our audience. The tone of voice and use of PUMA imagery really helped put the learning in the context of our job roles and embedded our values and ethics. The feedback was outstanding.

Common DEI training questions

How do I safely collect data about Diversity and Inclusion in my Company?

Our Diversity Survey tool is fully anonymous, enabling employees to provide honest feedback without identifying information. Responses are aggregated to protect privacy and securely stored in compliance with GDPR regulations, providing valuable insights on diversity and inclusion.

Can I track incidents related to Diversity and Inclusion?

Our compliance breach register allows you to track incidents like discrimination, harassment, or policy non-compliance. This tool securely documents each case, providing a confidential audit trail for monitoring and accountability.

What does workplace inclusivity mean?

Workplace inclusivity refers to creating an environment where all employees, regardless of gender, ethnicity, disability, age, or background, feel valued, respected, and have equal access to opportunities and resources.

Why do inclusivity levels vary across industries?

Factors include historical workforce composition, cultural norms, recruitment practices, leadership diversity, and levels of regulatory or social pressure. For example, traditionally male-dominated sectors like construction often struggle with gender diversity.

How is inclusivity measured in different sectors?

Common metrics include gender pay gap, representation of women and minorities in senior roles, diversity in hiring, employee satisfaction, and accessibility policies.

How does inclusivity benefit businesses?

Inclusive workplaces are linked to higher employee engagement, greater innovation, stronger team performance, and improved brand reputation. They’re also better positioned to meet legal and social expectations.

Are Skillcast courses SCORM-compliant?

Yes. This means they can be delivered via the Skillcast Portal or any other SCORM-compliant Learning Management System.

What other tools are needed beyond training?

A comprehensive compliance solution often needs more than just training. Alongside e-learning, tools such as declarationssurveys and registers that track compliance tasks are usually essential. Skillcast provides full support to help you set up these additional tools.

What is Aida and how does it ensure reliable answers?

Aida is an AI tutor embedded in courses that allows learners to ask questions at any point during learning. It draws exclusively on content that has been vetted and curated by your organisation, including course materials, internal policies, approved web resources, and regulator sites. This curated approach ensures answers reflect accurate, organisation‑specific guidance.

Can administrators see what questions are asked and how Aida responds?

Yes. Reporting includes both the questions asked and Aida’s responses. For meaningful insight, questions are also categorised by topic (e.g., records management, gifts and hospitality) to reveal trends. All reporting is anonymised by default to encourage open, non‑threatening inquiry. To protect assessment integrity, Aida is disabled during assessments and is only available during the learning components of a course.
