When the news broke that the World Health Organisation declared a pandemic, no one knew or imagined what it would bring. To ensure that colleagues and customers were safe and legal, the challenges Tesco needed to address were:

  1. Quickly providing new starters access to relevant courses in the learning management system (LMS)
  2. Streamlining inductions, enabling new recruits to hit the ground running
  3. Helping staff transition to different roles, helped by new learning curricula

The solution

Skillcast made rapid changes to Tesco’s LMS, enabling secure access for their temporary staff.

Meanwhile, Tesco engaged with key stakeholders across the business to identify training needs. With Skillcast’s help, Tesco designed, developed and delivered new learning curricula in just two weeks. Our simple, people-centric approach ensured all business-critical roles continued as normal.
