People discharging managerial responsibilities regularly have access to inside information, which is why their personal dealing is restricted. This 15-minute express module helps PDMRs understand the scope of the dealing rules, know which transactions are exempt from them, and understand the consequences of dealing during a prohibited period, including closed periods around results.

PDMR breaches are visible immediately, because the transactions have to be notified and published. They are also usually accidental, arising from an automatic instruction, a share plan action or a spouse's account. Training the population and the people who support them is what prevents a mechanical error becoming a market announcement the company has to explain.
