The SRA Code of Conduct sets the ethical framework governing solicitors' behaviour, defining duties owed to clients, the court and the public while requiring honesty, integrity and independence. This 35-minute course explores the fundamental principles, the responsibilities each individual carries, and how the Code applies through practical scenarios.
