Who's affected by failure to prevent fraud? 

The new legislation states that all 'large organisations' need to comply with this new legislation.

Additionally, businesses that serve as a provider to the organisations affected may also be required to comply with FTPF as part of the larger supply chain process.

Under section 201 of the ECCTA act legilisation, a large organisation is defined as having:
  • More than 250 employees
  • More than £36 million in turnover
  • More than £18 million in total assets
