Some key statistics
The solution
To help achieve buy-in, a training programme was required, so the internal Project team partnered with Skillcast to develop a bespoke e-learning solution. As part of the design process, we created a visual identity for the REVs initiative that was distinctive, aligned with the firm’s brand, and embodied the underlying objectives. The REVs motif consisted of two interlocking red and black speech bubbles (the primary colours of the corporate brand). Throughout the e-learning content, we used red to represent sales and black for trading.
The content involved explaining organisational and technical processes and uss case studies to illustrate how REVs would work in practice. The e-learning’s design emphasised the underlying message that by working together more closely and communicating effectively, the sales and trading functions could achieve a higher level of performance. The concept was subsequently used in other areas supporting the change process, such as posters, PowerPoint presentations and job aids.
