The UK duty to prevent sexual harassment is enforceable by tribunals, which can uplift compensation by up to 25% where an employer has failed. This 40-minute course for managers covers the behaviours that constitute sexual harassment, the reasonable steps needed to prevent it, and how their own actions may look.

The duty is anticipatory, meaning an employer has to act before an incident rather than respond well afterwards. Tribunals will look for what was done in advance, and manager training is one of the first things examined.
